Mrs. Kendra Frazier To All Instructors
You can take the girl from the country, but you can’t take the country from the girl, is what they often say and indeed, it is quite true when you encounter Kendra Frazier. She was born and raised in good ole’ Virginia, on a small farm in Rappahannock County. Raised to run bared-footed and dirt on her face, Kendra lived life slowly with her wonderful “Gramma & Papa” in a much different way than most of her peers. Traditional, strong, conservative Christian values were and still very much apart of her family and life. Only a week old, she attended her first church service at Amissville Full Gospel Church, and where she continues to worship and help with Children ministries. Kendra volunteered and obtained her EMS/FIRE & Rescue certifications during high school but fell in love with radiology. She was accepted at RMH’s School of Radiologic Technology in Harrisonburg, Va in 2005. After an extensive 2 years she graduated at the top of her class and went on to accept a position in Fairfax, Va, where she worked for 9 years commuting from Culpeper. God finally brought her closer to home with a job at UVA Health, where she continues to keep her certifications current and works PRN. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Chad, for almost 18 years with two beautiful children, Clayton and Kailyn. Kendra felt a heavy burden to keep her children home to preserve their conservative, Christian values, and with the leading of the Lord began homeschooling in 2019. During her life, Kendra has always felt led to encourage all those around her and strive to live a life that would glorify God including the care of His holy temple, our body. She is excited about offering a “new” class and idea of health and fitness through a Christian perspective through fun but challenging classes each week!
