Mrs. Kelly Wilton To All Instructors

Kelly Wilton was a Rotary International exchange student in Veracruz, Mexico, her junior year of high school. She graduated from Baylor University in 1999 with a BA in Spanish and taught for 6 years in Virginia and North Carolina public schools. She and her college sweetheart, Neal, married in 2002 and Kelly became a stay-at-home mom after the birth of their first child in 2005. Kelly has lived in Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Alaska, California, and The Netherlands, and, together with Neal, was very happy to make Culpeper their home in 2010. In addition to being the proud homeschooling mama of 5 children ages 7-17, Kelly is the Director of Religious Education at her home-away-from-home, Precious Blood Catholic Church in Culpeper. She has also co-taught Nature Bugs Christian homeschool science class since 2017, and started an Art History program for Catholic homeschooled teens at her church in 2022. She is passionate about her faith and her family, and thanks God every day for the call to homeschool. Kelly enjoys working with students through engaging, challenging, and memory-making educational experiences, and is eager to serve the high school homeschooling community at Champions.
