Mrs. Wendy Embrey To All Instructors

Wendy Embrey graduated from Liberty University in 1995 with a BS in Psychology and was married to her husband Robert a few weeks later. She followed him as a Navy wife for ten years and their five children were born in Rhode Island, the Federated States of Micronesia, Hawaii, South Carolina and Virginia. After teaching preschool for a few years at a Christian preschool, Wendy decided to try teaching kindergarten to her eldest and so homeschooling began. She has helped lead Grace Coop at her home church, Mount Lebanon Baptist Church for several years and has been teaching a beginner’s Tae Kwon Do class as she earned her black belt. Since 2009, Wendy has worked part time for Pearson scoring essays, predominantly the essay portion of the SAT. Her favorite verse is Psalms 31:24, “Be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart, all ye who hope in the Lord.”
